Find the code
Use the product serial, QR or batch identifier intended for verification. Do not enter payment details.
Product code lookup
Use the installed authenticity service to check a product code, then review what each possible result does—and does not—mean.
Enter the serial, batch, QR or product code exactly as printed. A recognised identifier supports a match with the configured registry; it does not prove the product's present condition, suitability, chain of custody or legal compliance.
Check spacing and characters, then compare the code with the original packaging. An unrecognised result does not by itself prove that an item is counterfeit. Keep the product, seller and purchase details and contact support if the concern remains.
Never enter payment-card data, account passwords or identity documents into a product-code field.
Before you check

A recognised record supports authenticity of the identifier; it does not prove the product’s current condition or suitability.
A code that is not recognised does not by itself prove a counterfeit. Contact support with the product and seller details.
Never treat a code result as a food-hygiene rating, government approval, legal-compliance certificate or guarantee of present product safety.
Enter the product code exactly as printed. A result applies to the identifier in the registry; it does not guarantee the product’s present condition or suitability.
